Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ArivoStore. If you are not happy, we're here to help.

RETURNS
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, email us at anushka128919@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable or personal hygiene products (if applicable)

REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

EXCHANGE
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the return process applies. To cancel, email anushka128919@gmail.com immediately after placing the order.
